As loyal members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), we stand at a moment in Nigeria’s democratic journey. The next general elections in 2027 will shape our nation’s progress under President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda. To consolidate our gains in security, economic reforms, infrastructure, and social welfare, every vote counts – and every vote begins with a Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC).
Your PVC is your power. It is the only tool that allows you to choose leaders who will continue to deliver the dividends of democracy. Without it, your voice is silenced on election day. In the 2023 elections, low voter turnout in some areas nearly cost us dearly.
We cannot afford apathy again. The opposition is mobilizing, but with the unified strength of the APC, we will prevail.
Right now, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is conducting the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise, which runs until August 2026. This is our golden opportunity! If you don’t have a PVC, or if it’s lost, damaged, or you need to transfer your voting location, act immediately.
Here’s how to get started:
1. Visit the INEC portal at cvr.inecnigeria.org for online pre-registration (available 24/7).
2. Schedule an appointment for biometric capture at your nearest INEC Local Government Area office.
3. Physical registration is ongoing at all 774 LGA offices nationwide – go in person if needed.
Over 2.6 million Nigerians completed registrations in the first phase alone, proving that citizens are waking up. APC members must lead this charge. Encourage your family, friends, and relatives back home in Nigeria to register too. Call them today: “Get your PVC – vote for progress in 2027!”
If you’ve registered before but haven’t collected your PVC, check its status on the portal and pick it up at your designated center.

Remember, a strong APC turnout in 2027 will ensure the continuity of reforms already yielding results: subsidy removal boosting revenues, FX unification stabilizing the economy, and massive investments in roads, rail, and agriculture.
Fellow progressives, this is a call to action. Register today. Mobilize your community. Tell your relatives: No PVC, no vote – no voice for Renewed Hope.
